Q. How can I pay ?

A. You can choose from the following payment methods:

• Credit Card (Visa, Master Card and AMEX).
  All transactions are processed in real time. You will use OLALA Payment Gateway, based on eWay and NAB. It is 100% Australian owned. You will not leave the website.
• Direct Payment.
  Once you buy something an invoice will be immediately sent to your email address. You will be adviced about our bank details.
• Cheque
  Make it payable to OLALA.COM.AU and send to PO BOX 376, Enmore, NSW, 2042
• Pay Pal
  All transactions are processed in real time. You will be taken to the PayPal payment gateway. Once you finish you will be taken back to Olala Shopping website.

Q. Are my credit card details stored into database?

A. No, we do not store any financial details of our customers. Olala Shopping do not use "off line credit card processing". Once you submit your details they are sent via secured connection to National Bank of Australia (NAB) via eWay Payment Gateway and your payment is processed. In less than 1 minute you find if your payment has been done or not.

Q. How it works

A.It is really simple and secure. You control the system.

• Add to cart your products / sevices
• Go to checkout. If you have no account on our system you will be asked to create one. All is happening smooth and you will be taken to next step automatically. If you are not logged into you will be asked to login.
• Confirm your details. These details do not include your credit card details. We need them in order to send to you the invoice.
• You will receive an invoice, choose the payment method and pay. If you choose credit card then you will be asked to provide your credit card details and you will make the payment. If you choose Paypal then you will be taken to Paypel Secured Payment gateway.

Q. Is it secure to give may details?

All your details are sent between your computer and server in encypted format. Any time you are going to "my account", "login" and "checkout" you will see that in your browser bar automatically http:// (unsecured connection) is replaced with https:// (secured connection).

Q. Is your system secured

A. Yes.

Because we are working with money we built our system as secured as possible:

All your financial details are send via secured connection. It means all you write in payment form is encrypted using 256 bits encryption algorithm. Then all encrypted data is send over the internet to NAB using eWay payment gateway (Australian owned). The answer is send back in the same way (encrypted).
